第一条 授权授予
特此免费授予任何获得本软件及相关文档文件（“软件”）副本的个人或实体以下全球性、非独占、不可撤销的许可：
1. 不受限制地使用、复制、修改软件；
2. 制作、使用、销售、要约销售、进口及分发软件的原始版本、修改版本（“补丁”）及衍生作品（“衍生品”）；

第二条 传染性义务

第三条 关键定义
1. 衍生品指：
   (a) 包含原软件代码超过5%的作品；
   (b) 通过静态/动态链接、插件接口或API调用等功能性依赖原软件的作品；
   (c) 排除通过标准系统调用交互的独立模块。
2. 分发包括直接交付、SaaS服务及使第三方能访问软件功能的行为。

第四条 免责声明
1. 软件按“原样”提供，无任何明示或暗示担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权担保；
2. 因履行本许可证义务（包括源代码托管、合规审查、法律程序）导致的直接或间接损失，作者及贡献者不承担任何责任；
3. 在任何情况下，作者责任上限不超过用户就该软件支付的金额（未付费时责任为零）。

第五条 身份确认
本文中“江南_XnLr”特指在 Gitee（gitee.com）及 GitHub（github.com）平台使用邮箱 1706491377@qq.com 注册并发布软件的用户，此邮箱为版权所有者法定联系地址。

第六条 终止条款
违反本许可任何条款将自动终止授权。恢复权利需满足：
1. 首次违规后30天内彻底纠正；
2. 收到版权方侵权通知后永久遵守本许可。

第七条 附则
1. 本许可受中华人民共和国法律管辖（不含冲突法原则）；
2. 仅版权所有者江南_XnLr有权发布修订版本；
3. 本许可文本必须包含在所有软件副本及衍生品的显著位置。

生效声明

Article 1 Grant of License

Article 3 Key Definitions
1. "Derivative" means:
   (a) A work containing more than 5% of the original Software's code;
   (b) A work functionally dependent on the original Software through static/dynamic linking, plugin interfaces, API calls, or similar mechanisms;
   (c) Excluding independent modules interacting solely via standard system calls.
2. "Distribution" includes direct delivery, SaaS services, and any act enabling third parties to access the Software's functionality.

Article 4 Disclaimer
1. The Software is provided "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and NON-INFRINGEMENT;
2. The author and contributors shall NOT be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from fulfilling obligations under this license (including source code hosting, compliance review, or legal proceedings);
3. IN NO EVENT shall the author's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Software (with liability being ZERO if no payment was made).

Article 5 Identity Confirmation
"Jiangnan_XnLr" herein specifically refers to the user registered with the email 1706491377@qq.com who published the Software on Gitee (gitee.com) and GitHub (github.com). This email is the copyright holder's legally designated contact address.

Article 6 Termination
Violation of any term of this license automatically terminates your rights. To reinstate rights, you must:
1. Cure the violation completely within thirty (30) days of the first occurrence;
2. Permanently comply with this license after receiving notice of infringement from the copyright holder.

Article 7 Supplementary Provisions
1. This license is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law principles);
2. ONLY the copyright holder Jiangnan_XnLr has the right to publish revised versions;
3. The full text of this license MUST be included in a prominent location within all copies of the Software and Derivatives.

Effective Statement
By using, modifying, or distributing this Software, you indicate acceptance of all terms herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you have NO RIGHT to use any part of this Software.
